Concealed 3D Hinge for Jansen profiles

Round Version of the heavy duty hinge with ball bearings suitable for many different profiles and in particular for Forster, Voestalpine, Palladio. Suitable to be installed on heavy doors, security doors, fire and smoke-proof doors, entrance doors. The installation process is made easy thanks to the insertion in the front part of the frame. This allows also an easy maintenance and eventual substitution. The installation is performed thanks to M8 screws, counterplates and eventually rivet nuts.
In order to obtain more carrying capacity is possible to use more than a pair of hinges, just paying attention to their vertical spacing and alignment. The carrying capacity is highly effected by the dimensions of the door leaf (width and height).
