Heavy duty hinge with ball bearings suitable for many different profiles. Suitable to be installed on heavy doors, security doors, fire and smoke-proof doors, entrance doors. The installation process is made thanks to the insertion from the backside of the frame. With the opened door is also allowed an easy maintenance and regulation, still avoiding possible vandalic actions. Also, the regulation is very intuitive since the user can change one regulation per time by simply unfastening the screws, moving the door in the desired direction, and then fastening again the screws. Depending on the model, the installation is performed thanks to M8 screws, counter plates and eventually rivet nuts.
In order to obtain more carrying capacity is possible to use more than a pair of hinges, just paying attention to their vertical spacing and alignment. The carrying capacity is highly affected by the dimensions of the door leaf (width and height).
