Single acting hinges to be installed on wooden, steel or aluminum openings, half doors, and complete doors. One pair consists of one Single Acting Spring Hinge (Art. 102/N) and one Single Acting Block Hinge (Art.104). This KIT allows the opening of the door leaves in only one direction: inward or outward. It also assures the closing of the door after the passage. Art. 102/N assures the spring closing of the door, Art.104 assures to hold the door at 90° of opening. The most interesting aspect of this kit is that, thanks to Art. 104, the position of the door leave could be hold in position at 90° assuring a complete passage of people or materials.
Art. 102/N should be positioned in the upper part of the door. Art. 104 should be positioned in the lower part of the door. In order to obtain more carrying capacity is possible to use more than a pair of hinges, paying attention to their vertical spacing, alignment and regulation. On these hinges can be regulated the strength of closing by operating on the tensioning of the internal spring, as reported in our product instructions.
