Heavy duty regulating external hinges with ball bearings suitable for many different profiles; in particular for FORSTER UNICO XS profile, with horizontal lip 15mm. Suitable to be installed on heavy doors, security doors, fire and smoke-proof doors, entrance doors. The installation process is made easy thanks to the position and installation of these hinges: they can be directly installed frontally with the door opened. With the opened door is also allowed an easy maintenance, regulation, and eventual substitution, still avoiding possible vandalic actions. Depending on the model, the installation is performed thanks to screws, counter plates and eventually rivet nuts. On these hinges, on request and with enough quantity, it’s possible to ask for customization of the shape, sizes, finishing and more.
In order to obtain more carrying capacity is possible to use more than a pair of hinges, just paying attention to their vertical spacing and alignment. The carrying capacity is highly affected by the dimensions of the door leaf (width and height).
